Terms and Conditions

Cancellations: Any cancellations should be brought to our attention at the earliest opportunity. Failure to attend or cancellations within 7 days of the start date will incur a full cost for each student. However you can replace any cancellation with another student up to the morning of the course.

Certificates: Certificates will be held until all fees have been paid in full.  If you have lost your certificate please notify us and we will be happy to replace it at a cost of £5.00. Students participating in Re-qualification or an Annual Refresher Courses must be in possession of a valid First Aid HSE Approved Certificate.

Course Dates: All dates are provisional and subject to change.

Payment: Full payment should be made 7 days before the start of the course. Payment can be made by cheque or BACS.

Fitness: Students attending any of our courses should be fit and free of injury. Participation in practicable sessions is mandatory to all our courses and assessments.

R.O.A.R: Right of admission is reserved to to any offending student.

Logo: We request permission to use your logo on our website.

To purchase any of our courses please contact us:
• We can supply bank details for a BACS transfer via invoice.
• Mailing address for cheques.
• Arrange invoices to be sent to your Accounts Payable.

Our payment terms:  7 days before the start of the course. No certificates will be provided to students until funds have cleared.

Cancellations:  Cancellation of our courses within 7 days will be charged at full cost.
