I had a six-hour first aid, defibrillator & EpiPen course yesterday, the 17th. I can honestly say it didn't feel like I was there for six hours because from the start, our teacher Simon made us feel comfortable and relaxed, explained everything to us, and had a great sense of humor, making it fun. Everything was explained thoroughly, and nothing was a problem with some of us asking questions. Simon is a very knowledgeable man who made the day fun from the start, so it didn't feel like we were back at school. I can't recommend First Aid Southampton or Simon enough. Very professional company but fun and engaging from the start, which kept everyone's attention in what could have been a long, drawn-out day. Thank you, First Aid Southampton.

First aid Southampton provided an excellent 1 day emergency first aid at work course for 8 or our staff.  The trainers were engaging, very knowledgeable with lots of live experienced which validated their teaching.  We will definitely booking further training with them.

We had Chris from First aid Southampton into school today to deliver paediatric first aid training and it was really informative. The way Chris delivered the training was engaging and he was really supportive of any questions we asked. Had training today at my place of work! Our trainer Chris was amazing, always making sure everyone understood and answered all our questions.It was my first time training and I felt supported throughout the whole day. Brilliant experience!
